Yes. Weekend NP accepts new primary care patients throughout California. Jeremy can provide comprehensive ongoing care including health history review, chronic disease management, medication management, and lab review. New patients begin with a 60-minute telehealth intake visit to establish care properly.
A wellness consultation reviews your health history, lifestyle factors, and long-term health goals. From there, Jeremy begins developing a personalized strategy. Patients pursuing optimization protocols typically require baseline lab testing and follow-up visits before starting any protocol-based care, to ensure safety and appropriate fit.
Yes. Weekend NP is specifically designed to provide same-day and urgent care access during evenings and weekends in California. Sick call visits are available for adults with minor to moderate acute illness. If your concern requires emergency care, you'll be directed to the appropriate level of care immediately.
As a board-certified Nurse Practitioner in California, Jeremy can prescribe medications as appropriate to your evaluation and clinical need. This includes antibiotics for acute illness, medications for chronic conditions, and other pharmacologic treatments where clinically indicated and within the scope of Weekend NP's services.
